VENDOR BOOTH SIZES & PRICES

           FEES COVER THE ENTIRE 2 DAY EVENT
10x10 = $75
10x20=$100
Food Vendor= $200
Only 100 vendors will be allowed for the event. The vendor locations will be outside under large live oak trees. Security will be on site during night hours for vendor booth security. 
Vendors are welcome to set up Friday night during the concert at no extra cost. The concert will be held inside the Jayson Harris Pavilion, and the rodeo will be going on as well.
THERE IS NO WATER OR ELECTRIC HOOKUPS FOR VENDORS
Several events will be occurring within Hamilton County that weekend. The World Series Roping is being held at Circle T Arena. This event typically draws 5,000-8,000 people. Also, there is a glider event at the Hamilton Airport. We should see a large influx of people in Hamilton that weekend! Plus everyone attending the Hamilton County Heritage Days! HCHD will be hosting open rodeos, match horse races, stock shows, car shows and cook-offs.

Hamilton County Non Profits can get a free 10x10 vendor spot. a 10x20 spot will be $25 for non profits.
