ATTENTION! PUBLIC NOTICE AND CONSENT REGARDING COVID-19

The Coronavirus, COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. The CDC is reporting Covid-19 is extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person to person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even possibly by air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. There is no known cure or vaccine for COVID-19. COVID-19 has shown evidence that it can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.

This venue, the artists, volunteers, carnival workers, and rodeo personnel cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19. Therefore, if you choose to attend this event, you may expose yourself to, and/or increase your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

By your presence and entering the Hamilton Fair Park, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the above warning concerning COVID-19. You hereby choose to accept the risk while attending and being on the property of the Hamilton Fair Park.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: By entering these premises, you hereby FOREVER release and waive your right to bring suit against The Hamilton Heritage Foundation, Hamilton Junior Livestock association, the City of Hamilton, Diamond Cross Rodeo Company, Talley Amusement, or any of their employees, agents, volunteers, board members. As well as any other employees, volunteers, or other organizations associated with the Hamilton County Heritage Days Event, in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19, related to your presence at this event. You understand that this waiver means you give up your right to bring claims including for personal injury, death, disease, or property losses, and any other losses, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim you  may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

The Hamilton Co. Heritage Foundation and the Heritage Days Event are proceeding in reliance upon this notice and your consent in connection with your attendance and your waiver of all claims in connection therewith.

If you DO NOT wish to give your consent and assume your own risk. DO NOT ATTEND HAMILTON COUNTY HERITAGE DAYS 2020.
